No person, other than the Organization, in writing would have the authority to vary, add, modify or waive off any representation, description, Terms & Conditions set forth over here or in the Organization brochure, or other terms as well as conditions regarding tour being booked by the Traveler authorized by the Organization.
In the event of the Organization needing to exercise its right to amend or modify any tour as is advertised in its brochure or in any other media after such holidays have been booked the Traveler shall be entitled:
In no circumstances whatsoever the Organization shall be liable to the Traveler/Group for:
No liability on the Organization part arising via any means out of this contract with regards to any holiday, tour or excursion facility shall surpass the total paid amount or agreed to be paid for making the tour, holiday, tour element or excursion, and in no case shall include any consequential damage or additional expense whatsoever.
The prices as have been quoted in the Organization brochure(s)/quotation are in USD or its equivalent in foreign currency. The Organization also reserves the right to amend these costs in case of currency fluctuation and because of changes in various exchange rates and/or fuel cost before the departure and to the surcharge accordingly. All such price increases must be fully paid for whenever the same arise.
It is the liability of the Traveler/Group to ensure and hold on to valid travel documents such as passport and Visa till the tour ends. In case any such travel document like visa has been refused, expires or has been cancelled by the authorities, the tour participant would have to meet all the possibilities arising there from & to meet all expenses momentous thereto. The Organization would have no responsibility whatsoever in regards to the above matter(s). It is the Traveler/Group’s responsibility to check and hold on to valid travel documents such as passport and Visa till the tour ends. In case any travel document such as visa has been refused, expires or has been cancelled by the authorities, the participant would have to meet all the possibilities arising there from & to meet all expenses momentous thereto. The Organization will also have no responsibility whatsoever in regards to the above matter(s).
The Ticket Cost does not include Insurance Premium cost. The Traveler/Group would have to pay towards any such premium costs themselves.
All tour programmes as well as tour elements are bound by laws, rules & regulations during the entire tour and back. The Organization would have no responsibility in regards to any condition that is brought about by such laws, or due to the act of God.
Any complaint made by the Traveler (including complaint on the behalf of other travelers of the Group who submitted the same via the Traveler) in connection with or because of the tour must be conveyed to the Organization in writing within 21 days from the tour end date. No form of claim or complaint made thereafter the aforesaid date shall be entertained under any circumstance. No separate complaint of the traveler traveling with the Group shall be considered directly and so same must be made by only that Traveler who is acting to be the leader of the entire Group.
The Organization will not be liable to any traveler for refund, compensation or even claim for reducing number of tour days or for postponement, cancellation or re-routing of any specific scheduled transport service due to some reason such as fog. The rules in regards to cancellation charges/refund would be applicable.
MyFlightSearch is committed to deliver customer satisfaction every single time, and so if you have any kind problem or dispute related to our product or service, we will try to look into them at the earliest. But if we are unable to do so, you may pursue claims as have been explained in the following sections.
Any and every Claim will be resolved by a binding mediation rather than in court, except when you assert Claim on an individual basis in court for small claims if they qualify for the same. This includes any Claim you assert against us, our subsidiaries or with any company that offers products or services via us. This also includes any Claim that arose before you accepted listed Terms & Conditions, regardless of whether prior versions of the Terms & Conditions required mediation or not.
There is no need of judge or jury in the mediation, and court review of mediation award is restricted. However, a mediator can award the damages & relief on an individual basis as the court itself, and must follow as well as enforce these Terms & Conditions just as a court would.
Mediations will be conducted by American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its own set of rules, which also include the AAA Consumer Rules. Payment of all filing, administration and mediator fees will be governed by the AAA's rules, except as provided in this section. You may choose to have the mediation conducted over the phone, based on written submissions, or even in person within the state where you reside or at some other mutually agreed location.
Any and every proceeding made to resolve Claims will be conducted only on individual basis and not as a class, consolidated or delegate action. The Federal Arbitration Act & federal mediation law apply to this agreement. Mediation decision may be confirmed by any court that holds competent jurisdiction.
The content & information used on this Website (which includes but is not limited to price as well as availability of travel services) and the infrastructure that is used to provide such information is either proprietary to us or our affiliates or suppliers. While you may make your travel itinerary’s copies in limited number, for travel or reservations booked via this Website you also agree not to modify, copy, transmit, distribute, display, perform, publish, reproduce, license, transfer or sell any information, products or services and software obtained via this Website. If your booking/account shows any sign of fraud, abuse or any other form of suspicious activity, MyFlightSearch may cancel any travel/service reservation(s) that is associated with your name, email ID or account, and may close any associated MyFlightSearch accounts. If you have carried out any fraudulent activity, MyFlightSearch reserves the right to instigate any legal action as may be necessary and you may be liable for paying monetary fine to MyFlightSearch, which could include litigation costs as well as damages. 1. Most of the air tickets we sell are non-refundable. Refunds are only credited if our associated Travel Suppliers' fare rules allow for cancellation and refunds. The request must be even accepted from our end and you must not be a "no show" (most "no show" bookings are in-eligible for any waiver from suppliers for refund processing).
2. Our offered flight tickets are mostly non-refundable. The airline Refunds/Future credits totally depend upon the airline’s fare rules, policies and undertaken measures.
3. Special Services – The Special Services are available only on a Request Basis and remain completely subject to each air carrier’s review and approval process
Name Misspelling – The name of travelers on their air tickets do not matches with their passport or other accepted government ID
Visa/Passport - To process a request, you need to submit a Visa/Passport decline letter
Baggage – It is advised to keep all your receipts and baggage tags handy

Duplicate Tickets – In order to process a refund request, you will be required to submit copies of all tickets, reflecting the exact same itineraries booked with us.
Government imposed taxes and fees and any applicable airline imposed fees are either included in your fare or itemized separately on your checkout page to provide a trip cost. Tax rates in effect at time of purchase are applied to your ticket price. Retroactive tax rate increases may be the responsibility of the traveler. For international flights, as described below, Entry or Exit Fees may be charged that are not included in your fare or itemized separately on your checkout page. A non-refundable fee per ticket will be applied to published price airline itineraries that include more than one carrier. Paper ticket fees, itinerary change/cancellation/refund fees, baggage fees and Entry or Exit fees on certain international flights may also apply to your itinerary, as described below;
Images of the hotel and information provided regarding the services, amenities and any other products on the website have been provided to us by the supplier. MyFlightSearch does not take responsibility for any changes that the supplier has not updated.
Requests for bedding type, non-smoking rooms and other specific features are simply a request, and not guaranteed unless listed by the hotel. While most hotels will do their utmost to honor your requests, neither MyFlightSearch nor the hotel will guarantee that your request will be honored.
Membership discounts to Corporate, Government (including Military), AAA, AARP, senior and the likes will require identification proof at the time of check-in to check your eligibility. If in case you don't qualify for the special rates or don’t have particulars to enable us to identify your eligibility, Hotel properties are not compelled to honor these rates.
The property will not be liable to issue any refund for unused rooms or an early departure.

The properties control certain booking bonus’s offered by them, such as complimentary breakfast, tours, and others. Please note that they are all subject to change and availability.
Check In: Guests are requested to present a valid ID card and credit card in complete discretion of the hotel, in his or her name upon check in. Credits charged on Credit or Debit Card may vary from hotel to hotel. Debit Cards may not accepted.
Double Occupancy: All hotel reservations are entitled for double occupancy (i.e 2 adults) and any accommodations made for more than two adults may not be entertained. Hotels may not allow extra guests or have additional charges for allowing another person extra. These charges are however subject to variation and payable directly at the hotel.
Late Arrival or Failure to Check-in on First Night: In case of cancellation of a reservation guests are requested to call MyFlightSearch and ask for the same in advance of the stay, or in case of delayed check in dates. In case guests find that they cannot check in on the date that they have provided, they are requested to kindly contact the hotel and notify about the same.
Disability Needs: In case of disability needs (Need for a wheelchair friendly room or special services for pets and animals) one is requested to call the hotel and notify the specific request well in advance so that they can be ideally met. In case the hotel is unable to accommodate your special needs you can call our Customer Service center at MyFlightSearch.
Hotel Accommodations and Special Requests: Assignment of rooms and services are purely based on hotel’s availability and are as per the hotel’s discretion. And depending upon your booking with MyFlightSearch.com, hotel reservation services you may or may not be able to select your room type or number. In case of specific preference or special request (including, preferences for smoking or no-smoking rooms, particular bedding, floor, proximity to elevators, connecting rooms and special facilities for pets) guests are requested to call the hotel and notify them of the same needs that are required to be met after booking. Since MyFlightSearch.com has no control on the hotel room that is assigned, we cannot accommodate special requests at the time of the booking and guarantee that special requests will be met.

Our rating system may vary from other rating systems that you may be more familiar with and we do not guarantee that our rating system would equal or in sync with any other rating system. MyFlightSearch also holds the right to change a hotel’s rating at any time with or without prior notice.
Accommodation Types: MyFlightSearch offers various accommodation options that include hotels, motels, bed and breakfast, resorts and other variations of rentable stays.
Policies for Pet:You should always call the hotel directly to confirm pet policies, including fees and pet restrictions on breeds and size. MyFlightSearch accepts no accountability for an individual property's pet policy.
Pre-Paid Hotel Reservations:For pre-paid reservations, your credit card will be charged at the time of booking. This charge includes Full Base Amount (room only) of the reservation. You may also be charged directly by the hotel for resort fees, energy surcharges and cleaning fees, on a daily basis. The hotel will also collect for incidentals like meals, games, movies, wet bar, parking, and phone calls. The charges are only guaranteed at the time of booking.
Pre-Paid Hotel Booking Vouchers:Hotel booking voucher for pre-paid accommodation will be required at check in. MyFlightSearch will email the voucher to the email address provided to us when your booking was made. You must keep a copy of your email confirmation with you at check-in.
Book Now, Pay Later Reservations, required your credit card to hold your reservationuntil you arrive for check-in. MyFlightSearch highly recommends that you confirm Book Now, Pay Later reservations directly with the hotel within 24 hours to check-in. For some non-prepaid hotels, the property mayrequire a deposit up to the full amount of the stay. These rates are usually non-refundable, with no changes allowed.
The dining arrangements that you choose for your stay in a hotel is the Meal Plan. For example,you may have selected a hotel providing all cooked meals included in the price or a property offering facilities to cook your own meals.Check out what these Meal Plans mean:
Room Only (RO): Does not include any meals.
Self-Catering (SC):No meals are included in the cost of your accommodation/vacation package but catering facilities will be included in the accommodations for guests to cook light meals.

A No-Show is when you don’t show up for your reserved room. In such cases, depending on the hotel policies you may be charged penalties or lose the entire pre-paid or deposit amount of your booking. For any reason if you can’t check in, please contact the hotel directly.
Hotel confirmation is an acceptance given by the hotel to you for your room request. It may take up to 24 hours to return a confirmation number. The process starts when you make your hotel reservation on our Site. We will send you an email on the email address provided by you at the time of booking, stating that your reservation is confirmedto inform you that we have received your request. In case if you do not receive any confirmation email from us, please email us at email@example.com and include the confirmation number as well as your contact phone number. We recommend that you re reconfirm your hotel reservation 24 hours prior to check in.
In many cases, the hotel might not receive the actual guest name until 72 hoursto arrival. Once you receive the final confirmation email and or voucher, your hotel room reservation is secured and guaranteed. You are advised to contact the hotel three days before your arrival to confirm your details.

At MyFlightSearch, we understand that sometimes your plans may change. Check some additional cancellation and change policies listed below. Please note that some of the policies may differ by property:
• Many hotels may modify the cancellation policies of the booking for high-demand special events such as the Super Bowl, Olympics, New Year's Eve in Times Square or peak seasonal dates.
• MyFlightSearch may also charge you a cancellation fees in addition to fee charged by the property in case of cancellations or amendments to the reservation.
• Any change, such as Changes to dates or decreasing the reserved rooms, is subject to fees based on the hotel's policy.
• MyFlightSearch or the hotel is not liable to refund any amount for unused room nights due to early departures.
• Extension of stay will require a new reservation. The original room rate is not guaranteed.
• It is the sole discretion of MyFlightSearch and MyFlightSearch's hotel suppliers to refund early departures, no-shows or cancellations
• Any loss, costs, damages, charges and expenses incurred by MyFlightSearch as a result of any cancellation for any reason will be indemnified by you in full.
• In case of any issues/problems during check-in or check-out, please call MyFlightSearch. Most issues can be resolved by just one phone call.
Our endeavor is to publish and maintain accurate pricing and information of the service offered including but not limited only to our Name Your Own Price® services. Services and information related to the facilities and prices are provided to us by Hotels. And in case of a listed service being provided at an incorrect price, or incorrect information due to typographical changes or other pricing error or incorrect service information from the hotel, we retain the right to refuse or cancel any request that is placed for such a service. We also have the right to refuse or cancel any request irrespective of the order confirmation and the credits charged. In case your credit card has already been charged for a particular purchase and your request is cancelled because of incorrect Hotel Information, we will promptly issue credit to your card account in the amount charged. Rates, prices and inventory depend upon the availability from the hotels.

Apart from the conditions described below, we are not the vendor collecting and remitting taxes to the applicable taxing authorities. Our hotel suppliers, as vendors, include all applicable taxes in the amount billed to us and we pay lump-sum amounts directly to the vendors. We are not a co-vendor associated with the vendor with whom we book or reserve your travel arrangements. Location of the property causes a variance in taxability, the appropriate tax rate and the type of applicable taxes significantly.
For transactions on hotels located within certain jurisdictions, the charge to your debit or credit card for taxes and fees includes a payment of tax that we collect and pay to the jurisdiction for tax owed on amounts we retain as compensation for our services.
Note: we are not able to assist a refund of Canadian Goods and Services Tax ("GST") for customers booking Canadian hotel accommodations using our services or for Value Added Tax ("VAT") or similar taxes levied by countries outside the United States.
Currency conversions depend on approximate exchange rates applicable at the time of booking, and are to be used for an approximate guide only. These charges are approximate base room charges.Hotels separately take payments for per night room tax, resort fees, and cleaning fees, which may be accessed on a daily basis. The properties also collect for incidentals such as meals, movies, games, wet bar, phone calls and parking.
Bookings made for car rentals with MyFlightSearch come with a non-refundable fee which will be charged at the time of booking. In case you purchase car rental insurance while making the reservations, the billing for this will be done at the time of booking. The cancellations or changes in car rentals are subject to additional fees to be charged by us and/or the suppliers without prior information.
If you make a car booking, you will be solely responsible for the full payment of the car rental and all taxes that include fees and surcharges during the drop-off. Also, additional charges are to be paid in case of any damage to the car.
Ifyou do not meet the minimum age requirements, youwill not be allowed to rent a car and it will directly allowvoiding the policy agreement immediately.
At the time of renting formalities, youhave to produce a valid driver's license and credit card (or any other valid pre-approved payment method). If you hold a driver's license in any language other than English, you will have to submit an International Driver's Permit. In order to rent a full size Van, you must hold a Commercial Driver's License.
The car rental agency may charge extra taxes and service fees at the time of pick-up and/or drop off, so it is always advised to kindly verify all the fees and rental details with the car agency well in advance. You cannot transfer car rental reservations from one person to another.
If you want some extra equipment like child safety seats, navigation systems or anything else you must request in advance.Travelers are highly advised to purchase some kind of car insurance if you are not insured. The caragenciesasks for an additional fee for ‘One Way’ rentals and the fee may be significantly higher if the pickup is from one state and drop offis in another. To avoid this, do cross check for any surcharges or fees you are liable to pay in case you do not return the car to the exact location from where you picked it or hired it from.
Sameday rates mostly imply on a 24 hour reservation period while the weekly rates imply on a 5-7 day reservation period. However, you mayeven be charged some extra fees for cars that are returned at a different time, date and location from the point of origin. For instance, holding the car for more than 24 hours would cost you a single daily rate along with an extra hourly rate for the additional hours.
Under the limitless mileage rates service, there is no limitation on the number of miles you drive. Though, geographical restrictions may apply. While mile per day scheme specifies maximum number of miles youare allowed to accumulate and per mile fee is charged for every additional mile driven.

If you are making a payment using your debit card, kindly check with the supplier in advance or email us so that we can update you about additional restrictions if any. A lot of rental service providers do not accept debit cards as a valid form of payment and they might cancel your reservation. In order to avoid last minute chaos, do feel free to check with us or directly with the car rental company to verify your bookings. Most importantly, forging any critical information related to the booking will directly result in voidingthe company liability and the renter will only be held responsible for any damages.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the Federal Arbitration Act, federal mediation law, and for reservations made by U.S. residents, the laws of the state in which your billing address is located, without regard to principles of conflicts of laws. Use of this Website is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that doesn’t give effect to all provisions of this Agreement, including, without limitation, this very paragraph.
You agree that no joint venture, partnership, or employment relationship exists between you and MyFlightSearch as a result of this Agreement or use of this Website.
Our performance of this Agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this Agreement limits our right to comply with law enforcement or other governmental or legal requests or requirements relating to your use of this Website or information provided to or gathered by us with regards to such use.
If any part of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality as well as enforceability of all the remaining provisions will in any way not be affected or impaired. Our failure or delay in enforcing any provision of this Agreement at any time does not waive our right to enforce the same or any other provision(s) hereof in the future.
This Agreement (and any other terms & conditions referenced herein) constitutes the entire agreement between you and MyFlightSearch with regards to this Website, our services and your dealings and relationships with us, and it supersedes all prior/contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, between you and our panel. A printed version of this Agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall also be admissible in judicial, mediation or any other administrative proceedings to the same extent and subject to same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.
Fictitious names of companies, products, people, characters, and/or data mentioned on this Website are not intended to represent any real individual, organization, product, or event.
